Mr.K.S. Elavarashen – B.Com

In the lush green footsteps of our patron and founder, Shri K.S. Elavarashen Avl, we are forging ahead to reach the horizon of ever-advancing frontiers in academics, in all spheres. We aim at exposing a firm launch platform to strengthen the ability of our students, to make them face every competitive scenario. A student of our institution will be the proverbial light/cream of the society, exuding confidence and splendor and heaping, pride and glory to the society, and at large, the country. By dint of our unrelenting commitment to the vocation, we broaden the vision of the students, augment their perspectives and help them achieve realistically defined goals. With the tenacity to embark upon a reminiscent path, impearled with stately endowments of galvanizing feats, we groom the budding pharmacists to foster Radiant rays of hope and thus be gems of rare value. As the radiance of the jubilant sun enhances the glory of the landscape, replete with vigor, our institution, thus makes rapid strides in its valiant journey towards the citadels of eminence.

An ardent teacher, educator with a flair for original teaching, research and innovation. a good motivator and trainer with high leadership qualities, In my long term career, managed the inception, formation and shaping of School from its infant stage to a position wherein students could secure 100% first grade distinction.

As a Principal my vision is to make distinct and unique contribution to each student’s ability to perceive, imagine, create, think, feel, symbolize, communicate, understand and become confident and creative individuals. In my opinion the strengths, weaknesses, intelligence and inclinations of students are different, and it is essential to identify them correctly on time in order to take the right career decision. Many a times, parents are not aware of the strengths and weaknesses of their child and end up taking wrong decisions while choosing a career path. A single wrong decision can ruin the entire career of the student. I would like to suggest that the best way to improve the childs outcomes is to focus on improving the parent’s ability to parent their children, rather than providing educational intervention directed at the child.

SSM Central School is a wonderful place for students from diverse backgrounds to grow educationally, get involved, and have a meaningful school experience. In every way the schools are measured, whether it is academically, in the fine and performing arts, or in co-curricular activities, SSM Central School excels.

My mission as principal is to always put kids first! My belief is that all students can learn, and it is our job to support all of their needs. As educators, we need to discover how each child learns in order to differentiate our instruction to support diverse learning styles; all children are different. I also want all children to love school!

My message to all parents is to stay involved. This can be accomplished by staying in contact with your child’s teacher. Our expectations will be to consistently make sure you are aware of your child’s progress, and answer any questions or concerns you have at any time. This form of two-way monitoring will help ensure the success of your child’s education and well-being.
